MINUTES OF THE HARBOR POINTE PROPERTY OWNERS FEBRUARY 11, 2014
The annual meeting of the Harbor Pointe Property Owners Association was held at the home of Bill and Sharon Sheriff on February 11, 2014. Lot owners present were: Enrique and Sandy Arevalos, Don Durham, Jim and Catherine Kelly, Jane Kidney, Yoli Redero, Bill and Sharon Sheriff and Sid Weissend. It was noted that notice by mail was given to all property owners of record of the meeting and that those present in person and proxy constituted a quorum for the meeting. Enrique Arevalos, President of the association, called the meeting to order.
The minutes were approved as read. The treasure’s report was given by Jim Kelly and was accepted..
The Architecture Review Committee reported that the owners of lot 108 are not going to build.
The next item of business was the election of three directors for three-year terms to fill the positions expiring this year. Motion was made by Bill Sheriff and seconded by Don Durham that Enrique Arevlos, Jim Kelly and Yoli Redero be re-elected. Motion carried.
There being no further formal business the meeting was adjourned.
