MINUTES OF HARBOR POINTE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
FEBRUARY 25, 2015
The annual meeting of the Harbor Pointe Property Owners Association was held on February 25, 2015 at the home of Bill and Sharon Sheriff. Lot owners present were: Enrique and Sandy Arevalos, Kyle and Jessica Hazel, Jim and Catherine Kelly, Jane Kidney, Jim McFerrin, Pete and Yoli Redero. It was noted that notice by mail was given to all property owners of record of the meeting and that those present in person and proxy constituted a quorum for the meeting. Enrique Arevalos, President of the association, called the meeting to order.
The minutes were approved as corrected. The treasurer’s report was given by Jim Kelly and was accepted.
The Architecture Review committee reported the approval of plans for Shad Asebrook, lot 88. There was discussion about the manual of standards documents currently used by the committee. Bill Sheriff was asked to review and see what action needs to be taken to clarify the existence of a manual and what would be the required process to amend or create new standards.
The next order of business was the election of two people to the board. A motion to re-elect Sharon Sheriff and Kelly Mason to the board was made and seconded. Motion carried.
There was discussion concerning the road conditions. Kyle Hazel will talk to the Dekalb County Superintendent of Roads about our concerns and any plan by the county to improve the roads.
There being no further formal business the meeting was adjourned.
