Harbor Pointe Homeowner’s Association Board Meeting minutes
March 13, 2013
The Harbor Pointe Homeowner’s Association’s Board met March 13 2013. Those board members present were: Enrique Arevalos, Jim Kelly, Kelly Mason, Yoli Redro and Sharon Sheriff
Enrique presided over the meeting.
Enrique and Kelly gave updates concerning contacts they made concerning deterioration of the roads. Darrell Cooke contacted some of the utilities and will follow up.
The mowing of the road edges was discussed. It was decided we will have the road edge mowed 3 times a year. Jim Kelly will make some contacts for the mowing. Sheldon will be hired to maintain the entrance.
A Harbor Pointe progressive dinner was planned for May 25th. Enrique and Sandy will have appetizers, Bill and Sharon will have main course, burger and brats. Then we will go to Jim and Catherine’s for dessert. Invitations will be sent to Board members and home owners in Harbor Pointe.
There was no other business and the meeting was adjourned.
